No Returns or Exchanges

All products are shipped directly from Japan.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Incorrect size
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Defective Items Only

We only offer exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects.

If you receive an item with a defect, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery.

To request an exchange, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Exchange Conditions

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement

• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
• We do not accept returns for non-defective items
